As mentioned in the Oxygenics thread, I just installed an oxygenics spa wand yesterday and found it's not working well. Granted, the OEM POS wand that came with it was barely a sprinkle too, but I expected better from the oxygenics after reading the reviews saying it needed less water. I'm at the campground now and the inlet city water is at 60 psi so pressure isn't an issue. I looked under the sink where the city inlet is and was shocked to see the tubing is the diameter of a pencil. Can THAT be reducing the flow to the point where the shower head doesn't function correctly? The flow at the sinks is equally low, so I'm not imagining it. Next thing I need to do is take a photo (when I get home) to show yall what I'm talking about and then try to find a way to replace that pencil line with a NORMAL sized line and see if that helps. Anyone else out there have a 2009 with the same lousy line setup?

Chris

Glad you got the Oxygenics working, I installed ours and it's like night and day from the original equipment and I have a 20 micron sediment filter in my cannister.

Bummer on the tank rinser, I installed 2 Quickie Flush units and used the hardware that came with them and they both leaked and I could not get them to seal, replaced the ends that came with the units with quick connect couplers and no more leaks.

Thanks John. First an apology.... The pencil-sized water lines were not coming IN, but instead going OUT to the outside shower. The city hookup is normal size. Secondly, I pulled the filter and removed the restrictor in the line and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the advice!

Now all I have to do is fix the cold water line to the bathroom sink which is leaking from where the plumbing joins to the valve and take the unit back because the black water flush system (that came installed) flooded the bathroom when I tried to use it this morning. I guess the connection between the outside hookup and inside plumbing isn't intact since it sprays into the camper and the hose connector is loose.

Anyone know how difficult it is to repair a water connection (identical to a city hookup)? I'd rather not spend the $80 in gas to take it back to the dealer if it's something I can repair myself.

I'm assuming the plumbing has to be pulled outside the opening to work on it since there's no room to get a wrench into the wall cutout on the inside.

Chris,

Take the cartridge out of the water filter and check your flow.
