Has any one replaced the 194 bulb in the directional reading lights in the rockwood 8283ss with LED bulbs. If so, what type did you use and did it make the lighting brighter for reading. I fine these 194 bulbs do not give off enough light for reading.

The LED lamps are not suitable for reading, not bright enough.

You can go to the outdoor lighting area at Lowes or Home Depot and buy high wattage lamps that will replace the 194's.

Has all the LED replacements you could want. I am planning to use them in the overheads as I get the money (LOL). They make a square of LEDs that have the bayonette base and that can be sticky taped inside the flood unit. I will update when I get them.
