I know this has probably come up before if so I apologize. We went out to the camper tonight and cut the heat on, the blower came on but never ignited. I tried it several times with out any luck. We just used it last week and it worked fine. I have not checked the tanks yet but they should be full as we just picked this camper up week end before last from the dealer. All other appliances seem to work just fine. Plans for tomorrow is to check the tanks, thermostat wiring, and the battery although we are hooked up to shore power. Any other ideas out there?
Thanks,
Garland

If the fan is comming on then that is usually the first safety stage to clear any gas out of the system. Next is ignite, if the ignition fails the unit resets itself. If that is happening then check you are getting gas to the burner. Have any bugs built a nest in it, and is it trying to light.if it is usually you will here the clicking of the piezo igniter as it tries to light. I dont see it being the thermostat as it is being acknowledged by way of the fan comming on. Hope this helps a little.

Thanks, I had a bug screen over the outside vent to prevent insect from getting in. I just removed the screen, cut the gas OFF, let it cycle once, cut it back ON, and guess what, It lit! I am going to let it run for a while and cut it back off, let it cool down and try it again, hopefully it will continue to function. The situation we are in is we are putting an addition on the house and had to remove our heat/AC source for a few weeks and had planned to stay in the camper when it got to cold to stay in the house, Thank goodness I have a heated garage I can use if I have to!
Thanks
