I have just purchased a used Flagstaff hardtop camper (2004) 12 foot with a slide out. When I am connected to a water supply I have water at the cold water tap, but no water at the hot water tap. I have searched for a shutoff and cannot find any. Is there a shutoff hidden somewhere I am missing. The hot water heater is under the seat with a cold inlet and hot outlet line. There are no shutoffs or bypass line here. At the pump there is only city water inlet, pump inlet and one outlet. Somewhere the line splits in two but I can't find this spot. If anyone has any ideas I would like to hear from them.

Hi Ray, have you pulled the drain plug on your water heater to see if it is getting water into it ? sure sounds like there is a bypass valve located somewhere, give us the model number of your trailer and maybe we can find an answer for you.

Hi Norm, thanks for offering to help. The trailer is a 2004 Flagstaff hardtop 12ft. Model is classic 425D. I took a couple of pictures of the hot water tank and water lines, but am unable to attach them here.
