The 235RKS is a 25footer (ball to bumper) with a King (well 73x75) rear slide. This trailer wouldn't work for an active family as floor space is limited. Also you have to climb up into the bed. Storage space is limited. BUT, WE LOVE THIS TRAILER! It is perfect for my wife and I and the 2 terriers. The Surveyor is nicely finished inside and out. It pulls like a dream with torsion axles and only 8.5' high. At 25', we can get into virtually any campground; even remote National Forest Service campgrounds. We dry camp a LOT. We've only 1 season but the only real problem we have had was a loose filler connector for the water tank. The lighting in the trailer is awesome. We think this trailer packs a lot of amenities into 25 feet. We figure we're pulling about 5,500 pounds or less when fully loaded. We get about 10 mpg pulling at 60 to 65 mph.
