I have a 829BHSS model and have had it since spring of this year. We have been fighting to get the fresh water to fill all the way full. Finally, I dropped the underbelly to get to the tank area. Unbelievable how the factory just shoved way to much hose for the fresh water inlet hose. It was all kinked and binded up. As the pictures show the before and after pictures. Changing hoses or shortening your hose and breather hose fixed the whole problem. God it is nice to see the monitor system showing all red dots!! Hope this helps those w/ this model.

We also had the same issue. I even needed to change the vent fitting on the tank as it was an elbow but the elbow kinked the vent hose. Replaced it with a straight.
