Does anyone have good camping recipes with serving size and WW points?

Zero Point Onion Soup

6 large onions (I use Vidalia)
butter flavored PAM
I can't believe its not butter spray (NOT Solid)
1 can (49 1/2 0z)College Inn or Swanson fat free chicken broth
1 can (14 oz) College Inn fat free beef broth
salt & pepper to taste


Spray stock pot with butter flavored PAM.
slice onions, spray onions with "Can't believe butter"
saute until onions softened
add chicken & beef broths
cook for 30 minutes


place in crock


points for soup is 0

add 1 point for 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
add 1/2 point for 1 slice of WW bread

place soup in crock add cheese and bread and toast in broiler

Key Lime Pie
8 servings: 3 Weight Watcher Points per serving

1 box (.3 Oz) Sugar Free Lime Flavor Gelatin
¼ Cup Boiling Water
2 Containers (8 Oz Each) Key Lime Pie Flavor Light Yogurt
1 Container (8 Oz) Frozen Fat Free Whipped Topping, (thawed)
1 Prepared 9” Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Pie Crust

1. In a large heat resistant bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. With a wire whisk, stir in yogurt.
3. With wooden spoon, fold in Whipped topping
4. Transfer mixture to prepared crust
5. Refrigerate overnight or at a minimum 2 hours.

Nutrition Information: (per Piece)

148 Calories; 3.5 Grams Fat; 1 Gram fiber

Beef and Noodles au Gratin

4 servings: 5 points per serving

12 Oz Lean Ground Beef Sirloin
1 Large Onion, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 ½ cups canned crushed tomatoes
3 Oz uncooked broad noodles, cooked according to package directions
1 TSP Oregano leaves
¼ TSP EACH Salt and Pepper
½ cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
2. In a 3 quart saucepan, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat stirring with a wooden spoon to break up beef. Cook through (8 – 10 minutes). Remove from heat
3. Stir in tomatoes, noodles, oregano, salt and pepper.
4. Spoon into 1 ½ quart casserole dish
5. Sprinkle with cheese
6. Bake, COVERED, until heated through and cheese is melted (15 – 20 minutes)
Nutrition:
262 calories, 7 grams fat, 2.5 grams fiber
